Our engagement begins with a detailed no-obligation estimate of project cost (Materials, Labor and Time-to-complete) based on existing Architectural Drawings.
If we are awarded the project, a detailed field-measure is conducted at your site by our technicians.
Our licensed engineers then develop detailed Architectural Panel-design Drawings and Engineering Specifications from those measurements, for use by our Fabricators and Installers.
If re-imaging or logo re-work is required, our design team can provide guidance and assistance for development of a striking new look for your business.

PANEL FABRICATION
Our panels are manufactured at Sobotec, LTD., the largest panel fabricator in North America.
Their 180,000 square foot facility is equipped with automated computerized equipment capable of producing Metal-composite, Aluminum-plate and Phenolic-resin wall panels, in virtually any shape and color imaginable.
PANEL INSTALLATION
Our 4-8 man installation crews are made up of full-time employees that are fully trained and experienced on all of our systems.
They’ll arrive at your jobsite before the first shipment of materials does, and remain there for the duration of the construction process, working 7 days a week.
We guarantee quick, accurate and complete installations. Our goal is to ensure we’ve met all construction requirements including job-site safety and cleanliness, while exceeding your expectations. Check our previous clients’ testimonials.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
Our panel systems come with a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Our crews can replace panels that are damaged due to material failure, field incident, or weather-related corrosion and discoloration.
Periodic surface cleaning and/or application of surface protectants by our maintenance team will keep your building looking new for decades, regardless of environmental conditions.

Materials & Suppliers
PANELS, FRAMING, FASTENERS, MOISTURE BARRIERS
PANEL SYSTEMS
We offer a variety of panel configuration types, including Wet Joint and Rainscreen systems.
Many of our Panel-System designs call for the outstanding industry standard Alucobond or Phenolic-resin Composites, or Solid (or Extruded) Aluminum plate applications.
FRAMINGÂ SYSTEMS
Our panel systems are installed after all sub-structure construction has been completed and the building is 100% watertight.
We install Z-Bar in applications when our panel system is placed directly over concrete block sub-structure or where a rigid insulation has been applied.
Some installations require square-stock aluminum framing systems to provide adequate spacing behind panels for specialized LED backlighting systems.
FASTENERS
All fasteners are made of corrosion-free steel or stainless steel material.
Our ACM panels employ a concealed-clip fastening system, which provides for a smooth and clean unobstructed surface-look.
Corrugated and extruded aluminum panel systems are installed with either hidden clips or exterior fasteners, which provide architectural accent.
MOISTURE BARRIER
Our installed ACM Panel System requires the building to be weatherproofed and watertight before installation of the exterior facade.
We use a commercial-grade air and water barrier made to withstand the rigors of commercial job sites, with high tear-strength, durability, and up to nine months of UV resistance.
LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Some designs call for back-lit panels or integrated LED light strips which can provide attractive nighttime accents.

Construction Details
Wall Panel Systems, Framing, Columns, Joints
Audi has adopted a Louvered Extruded Aluminum Curtain-Wall System combined with a distinctive 60-degree raked and curved Window-wall design as their signature rebranding program.
Here you see the construction detail where a Corrugated Panel-wall system meets a Window-wall, on an Audi Dealership.
Curved Wall Panel Installations are achieved with a combination of specialized framing, precise panel spacing, and custom-fabricated curved panels, as seen here in this Chevrolet Dealership exterior.
Exterior and Interior surfaces are typically clad with ACM Panels (Aluminum Composite Material) providing a clean smooth surface with uniform, color-coordinated and weatherproofed joints.
Panels are shipped and installed with a protective wrapping, which is removed when panel installation is completed.
